Every treatment at the clinic begins with a consultation, and it is held with the doctor who would treat you rather than a coordinator or a salesperson. It lasts forty-five minutes, and there is no obligation to proceed.
What happens in the room
- Your history: health, medication, previous treatments and how you felt about them.
- What you would like to change — and, just as useful, what you would not.
- Standardised photographs, so there is a record to compare against later.
- An honest view of what is realistic, what it would involve, and what it would cost.
Questions about your own health and whether a treatment is right for you belong here, in person, not in a form or a chat window. The doctor needs to see you to answer them properly.
When the answer is no
Some consultations end without a treatment plan. Sometimes the concern is better addressed another way, sometimes the timing is wrong, and sometimes the honest advice is to leave well alone. We would rather say so than sell something that won't serve you.
A consultation is advice first. Treatment is only one of its possible outcomes.
If you do go ahead, treatment can often happen the same day. If you'd like time to think, the plan and photographs keep until you're ready.
